How long is this course?

I intentionally created this course to be self paced. I understand we are all at different places in our sober recovery and especially in the beginning, things can feel overwhelming. You can take as long as you need moving through each module. However, I would recommend completing a maximum one module per week to give yourself time to implement changes and allow yourself to soak in all the information. 



Do I only have access for a limited time?

No. I practice and educate from a place of intuitive eating. You will learn that nutrition goes beyond what is on our plates and how to get in tune to what your body needs. We focus more on introducing foods that are going to help your body heal and therefore naturally crowding out the ones that aren't beneficial.



Do I have to be sober?

You do not have to be sober to gain the benefits from this course. In fact, I think it's a great introduction course for those that are sober curious or gray area drinkers. However, I highly encourage discussing any dietary changes with your doctor and if you have a physical dependency on alcohol this course would need to serve in addition to your recovery plan.
